INTRODUCTION :-

The valia group in 1960's started at Bhavnagar Gujrat along with other family members with a unit to manufacture bicycle chain in collaboration with a Czechoslovakian firm. These cycle chain marked under the brand name "VELO" were market leaders. Later on the group started its trading activities in Calcutta and Bombay mainly dealing in Import of Metals, Chemicals, and polymers. At present our Flagship Company i.e. Valia Impex Pvt Ltd. are Del Credere Agents (DCA) of M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), marketing and promoting in the region of Maharashtra, Goa, Daman and Silvassa. (1) Linear Polyethylene(PE),(2) Polypropylene(PP),(3) Poly Vinyl Chloride(PVC) produced by RIL at their Hazira / Jamnagar Plants.

CHAIRMAN :- Mr. BALKRISHNA C. VALIA

He is having 30 years experience in the plastic field. Earlier he was also looking after the group's manufacturing activities at Bombay and was the initiator of the groups activity of imports of polymers into India and its onward marketing to processors all over India, being dynamic and forward looking, he is the pillar of the group, his policies and business acumen have been responsible for the group standing in the market.

DIRECTOR :- MR. BHAVESH B. VALIA

He is a graduate in commerce, he was initialized in the groups trading activity at Bombay mainly looking after Sales/ Distribution of imported Polymers, at present he is looking after the Reliance business i.e. marketing of PE, PP & PVC in the territory along with managing the finance of the firm. He enjoys the confidence of his buyers and business associates.

OBJECTIVES :-

We are in the business of assisting the Polymer processing industry, based in our territory to source their major raw material requirements that is Polymers produced by our Principal M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd. and ensuring conduct of smooth and timely business transaction. To provide our customers with services in terms of delivery, feedbacks, financial support etc. and to actively interact with the customers and RIL on the issue of developing value added products and support our customers in their goal of quality upgradation by coordinating and seeking assistance & active participation of the Product Application and Research Center (PARC) of M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd.
